Our bagels are made from a 150-year-old recipe that is kettle boiled and then baked fresh every morning. Our unique cream cheese flavors are made in-house daily. As we challenge ourselves continuously to create the flavors you can only think to yourself ”that can’t work” until we make it work. When combining the two you can find yourself getting that nostalgic feeling of being in NYC or NJ.
From a bagel with cereal-flavored cream cheese to the infamous bacon egg and cheese made fresh on the griddle you can always find yourself pleased with Hudson Bagels. Being from NY and NJ a bagel is the staple in all of our day-to-day lives. When coming to Hudson we knew that something was missing but couldn’t quite figure it out.
